Drain & Sewer
Slow drains, repeat clogs, gurgling and returning wastewater.
The work we help with
A sink that drains slowly is different from several fixtures backing up together. Drain and sewer service addresses blockages and recurring drainage problems, with attention to how the fixtures connect. Repeated clogs are a reason to investigate the cause rather than keep treating the symptom.
Call when drains gurgle, water returns after clearing a clog or more than one fixture is affected. Stop using backed-up fixtures and avoid adding drain chemicals. Explain what drains are involved and mention any products already used so the work can be planned appropriately.
One drain and several drains tell different stories.
A sink that empties slowly can have a local restriction. When a shower, toilet and sink change together, the investigation may extend beyond that fixture. Describe which outlets are involved and whether water returns when another is used. Stop adding water to a known backup. Repeated clearing that helps briefly is useful history, but it does not identify the cause on its own.
The next step should fit the actual line.
Clearing a blockage, repairing a connection and rehabilitating a damaged pipe are different scopes. Our expanded service pages explain trenchless work, epoxy lining, pipe bursting and epoxy coating separately. None is selected simply because a drain is slow. Access, pipe condition and the problem found should guide the conversation. Tell us about chemicals already used so they are not an unexpected hazard during work.
A useful first conversation
Tell us your city or neighborhood, what has changed and which fixtures or part of the system are involved. Mention an active leak or backup at the start. For planned work, share available layout and product information. Confirm coverage, availability and the proposed scope directly; a request does not establish an appointment or a price.
Call (213) 424-8544Common questions
Should I keep trying stronger chemicals?
No. Do not mix drain cleaners or keep adding them to standing water. Share product names when calling.
Can a repeat clog mean pipe damage?
It is one possibility, not a diagnosis. The line needs assessment before choosing repair or rehabilitation.
