Faucets, sinks, toilets and the connections that make them usable.

04 / 10PLUMBING SERVICE GUIDE

The work we help with

New fixtures can make daily routines easier without changing an entire room. Fixture installation covers faucets, sinks, toilets and related plumbing connections. Compatibility matters as much as appearance: mounting holes, supply connections and drain position all influence what will fit.

Before buying, keep the product specifications and take a photo of the current setup. Call if a fixture is worn, leaking or part of a planned update. Share the model you are considering so access and connection requirements can be discussed before installation.

Fit matters as much as finish.

A similar-looking sink or faucet can have different mounting, supply or drainage requirements. Keep dimensions, connection diagrams and the model information for the item you are considering. Show the current setup with a safely taken photo. A fixture choice should account for surrounding space and the condition of retained connections instead of relying on a product photo alone.

Separate plumbing from surrounding alterations.

Countertops, cabinetry, painting and appliance servicing may be separate work. Ask what the plumbing installation includes and what needs coordination with another person. If the old fixture leaks, explain that before treating the job as a cosmetic update. Replacing a visible component will not automatically resolve moisture from a different connection under the cabinet.

A useful first conversation

Tell us your city or neighborhood, what has changed and which fixtures or part of the system are involved. Mention an active leak or backup at the start. For planned work, share available layout and product information. Confirm coverage, availability and the proposed scope directly; a request does not establish an appointment or a price.

Common questions

Should I choose a product before contacting you?

You can share a proposed model, but confirm compatibility and scope before committing to a purchase.

Can a fixture stay in the same position?

Often that is the intended scope, but access and the actual connections still need checking.
